Methods
  • Collect insights on key social communities
  • Evaluate current INCLUDEnyc reach and identify behavior of key users
  • Brainstorm with fundraising team, junior board, and
  • Schedule a cadence for email, social, and website content through Salesforce with A/B testing through Pardot to identify successful messaging and visuals
  • Outreach to influencers and key members of the disability community
  • Create and implement visual design  and social assets based
Obstacles
  • Historically at INCLUDEnyc, in-kind donations from new donors were rare, especially digitally.
  • Lack of INCLUDEnyc familiarity amongst families in New York City
Reflections + Outcomes

As a result of the Advocate's Day campaign, we saw a 67% increase in social engagement during the campaign duration and in-kind donations from new individual donors exceeded the previous month by 85%.
