Advocate's Day
I pioneered Advocates day to raise awareness and promote advocacy for young people with disabilities and their families.
Our mission for Advocate's Day was to establish a community of new INCLUDEnyc advocates, particularly youth-led and active on social media, develop influencer relationships to leverage their reach, increase in-kind donations through digital channels, and create the first successful campaign that elevates INCLUDEnyc brand.

- Collect insights on key social communities
- Evaluate current INCLUDEnyc reach and identify behavior of key users
- Brainstorm with fundraising team, junior board, and
- Schedule a cadence for email, social, and website content through Salesforce with A/B testing through Pardot to identify successful messaging and visuals
- Outreach to influencers and key members of the disability community
- Create and implement visual design and social assets based
- Historically at INCLUDEnyc, in-kind donations from new donors were rare, especially digitally.
- Lack of INCLUDEnyc familiarity amongst families in New York City
As a result of the Advocate's Day campaign, we saw a 67% increase in social engagement during the campaign duration and in-kind donations from new individual donors exceeded the previous month by 85%.
