Fanatics Live | 2022 - 2024
As Product Design Lead at Fanatics Live, I

  • led the product design of Fanatics Live, Fanatics’ first live commerce app from ideation to launch to iteration.

  • architected the seller and fan ecosystems while partnering closely with cross-functional partners to define requirements, roadmaps, and success measures.

  • was responsible for researching and developing all product designs for live streamers, including selling, analytics, and shop management tools.

  • assisted marketing and partnerships teams in creating one-of-a-kind events and moments.

  • also played a pivotal role in elevating the seller-to-fan experience and their brands, providing design guidance and useful resources.

Pearson | 2018 - 2022
As Product Design Manager of Pearson eText, I

  • led product design for the current and future product portfolio.

  • managed and facilitated the design execution of a growing team of UX and visual designers, creative technologists, and copywriters.

  • divided time between people management, design execution, and product strategy.

  • ensured that UX had an equal voice in all poignant discussions and decisions.

In my previous role prior, as Design Lead, I

  • led the direction and facilitation of a rapid iteration process for MVP launch.
